3. To claim your money back, please tell us in no less than 15 words what you disliked about your drink. Submit this on a piece of paper along with the cut off portion of the carton, your original till receipt showing your purchase of Soya Magic as well as your name, address and post code to: Soya Magic, Genesis Way, Europarc, Grimsby, NE Lincolnshire, DN37 9TU
4. All claims must be received by 31st January 2009 to be valid.
5. The amount refunded will be the sum shown on the till receipt as having been paid by the claimant for the purchase of 1 Litre Soyamagic Drink Packs up to a maximum of £1.39, plus 2nd class postage at 27p. Cash is not available. Payment will be made by cheque to the person named on the application. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
6. Only claims received with a cut off portion of the pack (please refer to photograph) shall be valid. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any applications which are incomplete, illegible or have been tampered with. The Promoter's decision is final. Only claims accompanied with an itemised original till receipt clearly showing the purchase of 1 Litre Soya Magic Drink Pack will be honoured. Photocopied or tampered original till receipts will not be valid
7. The promoter accepts no responsibility for applications lost, defaced, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

There is a new satisfaction guarantee on packs of Oatibix ,Oatibix Bites, and Oatibix Flakes. The packs have a red luggage shaped tag on the front saying 'satisfaction guaranteed or your money back.

In my opinion if you haven't tried them before then the Oatibix Bites are the best.

Closing date 30.11.09 and offer limited to one refund per product. I can't find anything on the internet about the offer, but the instructions are very clear on the pack: need the receipt, the money back flash from the front of the pack and a min 15 word letter explaining why you weren't satisfied.

Mine came today too. Did you only apply for 3 then? Thought it had to be 4. I got a cheque for £5.23, though like you, three of them were on 3 for £3. Quite happy with that!
