Sent over 5 weeks ago and still waiting too. (Hope this is not going to be another like Aunt Bessies!!)

There's a pattern emerging here. Hovis, Applewood and Youngs are all with the same Handling Agent and are all desperately slow in being processed. If the companies involved thought customer relationships were being harmed by this, they might put pressure on the Agent to process things quicker. Perhaps we should be calling the companies and complaining. I've already done Youngs.

Hmm, but received both MY Applewood and Youngs (prawns only so far), well within the 28 days.

I have just received my (second lot of) Aunt Bessie's coupons for claim sent in on 8th September last! I only made one single application but did get some coupons a month ago as a result of bombarding them with e-mails, letters and phone calls, but obviously the ones I've just had are in response to my original claim, nearly 6 months ago! Do you think I should send them back!!?!!

I wouldn't. :cool: You've been through enough hassle already, so consider it a little bonus. Plus it's not like it's a cheque, it's just a few MOCs.
