This sounded really good until I read you have to return the bottle - that's going to be awkward!

The product is not actually that good either. Smells lush mind you.

To send it back would cost about £2.00ish plus, so it's pointless doing this one.
  • O happy day - my cheque for £68 has arrived! :j
    Thank you SevenSeas Jointcare.

    Hi Clipboard2,

Can you please tell me how many packs you have claimed for?
Did you send it to that PO BOX 99 Address?
Thank you all for helping me make my day by saving money!
  • Hi Clipboard2,

Can you please tell me how many packs you have claimed for?
Did you send it to that PO BOX 99 Address?

In accordance with SevenSeas email to me (see post 1622) I claimed for 180 capsules (3 months supply) at 2 capsules/day - their recommended dosage. For me, this was 6 packs of 30 capsules. I sent claim to the PO Box 99 address as specified on their website:
    http://www.seven-seas.com/jointcare/money-back-promise

Take care with the T&C's - must buy all 180 capsules all of same type either together or within 1 month of each other and submit TMF claim between 3 and 4 calender months from receipt dates. Statement why disappointed must be exactly 15 words. HTH CB2
  • Yes I never found any promotional packs but had a refund at each of 'my' addresses. I only did the salmon one though as never found any of the correct cod ones. HTH.

    I emailed Youngs yesterday.
I got a very quick response, but was told the offer is no longer on and Refunds are not being given.
