I have found the following photo on the Boots website, and the little guarantee logo looks like it's there in the bottom left hand corner.....
I was in a bit of a hurry so couldn't take down any more details at the time. If someone spots them then do shout!
Just found this on Amazon:

Pity the person who opens that mail!:eek:0 -
TBH, ANY reputable company will give you your money back if you write to them with a complaint, including your receipt and part of the packaging. Especially ones advertising money back guarantees. So I wouldn't worry about getting the 'right' packs, or only ones which SAY money back guarantee on them. I always complain if I genuinely don't like a product, and I always get a refund.0

macfamilyent wrote: »Hello,
Sorry for the very, very, very long delay, I have been in Durban in South Africa from July till 3 days ago.
To confrim, it all depends on the pack, although all the ones that I saw had their logo on and some had a form on the outside of the carboard packing (printed on the cardboard).
Otherwise, you can call them (like I did) and they will post you a form {it came the next day}.
Do note, that some require you to send half a pack back (6 pouches) but they pay postage, while some don't require any back.
Sorry for the delay and if you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Note: I think I need to update my signature. :rotfl:0 -

Freebie_Freak wrote: »Thanks, I too have been away, but nowhere as exotic as you! I've still not found any with a form on the outside of packing, and those are the only ones that do not require half to be retuned, is that correct? Otherwise how do you know which ones did or didnot?
Thanks for your post and sorry for the delay in my reply. The ones with the Cardboard clip out (form) only require a till reciept, verus, the one with the postal form requires 6 packs out of the 12 to be sent.
If you need any more infomation please don't hesitate to contact me or the Purina careline.
ThanksThank you all for helping me make my day by saving money!0 -
