The number for the helpline is 0800 707 6066. Just call them and they will give a 16 digit number to enter on the website. They will also sent you a coupon for a free box of coffees.
I hope this helps

I ordered one for my hubby for xmas from littlewodds direct using the £30 off code thats floating about. Worked out £41 delivered and 8% back through topcashback.
It's come today and I was suprised to see it's the new 15bar model. It said it was the 14bar in the decsription. It has the starter pack in the top of the box too which includdes 16 mixed pods , one latte glass and a cup and saucer.
No reg number in there though so i've just e-mailed them to get one.
I could do with one of the cashback vouchers if any has one they don't need? I think they were being given out at the food show at the nec but i don't know anyone who went.

Hee-hee! This caught me out too!
First you add the coffee or chocolate, then you dispose of that pod and add the whitener pod (or vice versa depending on which drink you're having)!
Hope that helps!
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being"."Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that"."True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".:rotfl:0 -
