Seller issued refund after I said item was dissapointing- should i feel guilty

    If you think 100% refund was too much then send him back whatever portion you think fair. It's easy to do and you'll make his day - it's always lovely to deal with a customer who is clearly ethical and thoughtful, restores your faith in human nature.

    I sell my sheepskins on Ebay and once had a woman unhappy with a skin..she complained it smelled `like sheep`! That was the lanolin in the wool, but since she was polite about it, I was happy to refund her the cost of the rug. :)
    Imo, it`s all about politeness, manners. If a customer was rude and nasty to me about my produce I would be disinclined to refund unless there was a genuine fault with the item. :)
