Don't use vanish mousse. I spilt a a red coloured drink on my cream carpet, put vanish mousse on the stain, followed the instructions, I now have a big dark grey circle on the carpet from the vanish mousse!!!
What would you use to get fake tan off your skin? Is it worth trying to use make-up remover or whatever on a patch of carpet that is never seen? EG put fake tan on a bit of carpet that is usually hidden under the settee then try to see what will remove it?
