    yes the staples have been sorted but the arms are still not satisfactory. the upholster said if he puts anymore screws/bolts in, then it will blow the chipboard. and its still crap.

    Just relay that to customer services tomorrow then.

    Ask for a copy of the technicians report and see if what it says adds up to what he told you.

    i got a independant report done on the sofa and sent it to liitlewoods. they came and collected it 2 weeks ago for a full refund of the sofa and refund on the report

    RESULT.
