which payg sim is best to move to and then move off again ?? (please)

Hi,

My 3 contract is up and I want to stay with 3 but they are not offering any good upgrde deals so I have my pac code and need to put it onto a payg so I can take out a new 3 deal maybe in a few weeks so I'm after finding out which network payg is the best to port to and then port off again back to 3,
