Telewest cutting Broadband charge?

Do they cut the broadband price if u say ur thinking of leavingthem and having say TESCO as a provider?

It's worth a try. Get the comparative figures to hand so you can argue from a position of real knowledge, then call them and get put through to Customer Retention or whatever the department is.

Telewest cut my price when said I was not happy. I was on their £25 a month broadband plan and this was reduced to £17.99
But this was 3 months ago and i wonder if they are still doing the same.0 -
The chap said after i named one provider he said was god value could be to increase my speed which i declined. I wanted to Save Money so he said he could reduce the cost from £17.99 per month to £14.99. Not a alot i know, but for 6 months it gives a saving of £18 or so.
In other words, a month for free. Glad, as i dont really wanna leave Telewest! What a result.. 0
