Avoid. If you buy from them, phone may be ok, but a lot of people do not get what they order or receive problem phones. Trying to get a response from them is hard work; their return email, when it finally arrrived, was discourteous and unhelpful - "take it to a Carphone Warehouse"! Avoid, because if anything is wrong with the order, you will not get satisfaction.

hi- well if the phone gets a fault and you have it for 14 days before you told them the fault- its faster to get it fixed at carphonewarehouse!0

Who said anything about 14 days? They were told the same day the item was received. Besides, why suggest a customer goes to another company to pay more money to get their faulty product fixed? Duh!0

I have been trying for over a month now just to get a VAT invoice from them for a couple of handsets bought at the beginning of November.
Something funny going on and if I do not get one which is my legal right as I purchased for my business, I will be contacting HMRC.
They are just box shifters.0 -
Ummm i think they are selling refurbished phones, the amount of people that have said their phones are faulty with in 1st use is very high, and if they are refurbished that would explain the cheap prices of so called new phones,
if someone can confirm what type of packaging the phones come in ? is is proper boxs or white slim boxes,0 -
Bought my son a motorola razr on orange pre-pay, for Christmas. It came in proper motorola packaging, no signs of use on the phone - still had protective plastic on screen etc. There was some orange promotion inside which had expired, so it was obviously old stock - but he has had no problems with it. Got a £5 voucher off hotukdeals, which made it about £25. Then there's £5 quidco tracked, if that validates then it will only be £20. So for £20/£25, I am really happy with it - thinking of getting one for myself, because it seems to be unlocked too.
So a good site for a cheapie, I would say. But I have heard people mention refurbs from prepaymania before - if you are looking for an expensive phone, then it may not be worth taking a chance.0 -
Placed an order on 7 May (via Paypal) and still waiting for the phone to be delivered. No answer via telephone line (always get automated message), fax number not working. I have also emailed (slow replies) and they have said that the phone has been posted. This is a present for someone, so I am not pleased. At least if they don't provide the goods, I can make a claim via Paypal.:icotbaske0
