I always take my own sarnies, cake etc when travelling, and sometimes there's stuff left over at the other end when I get to customs.
I have never had any problems.
Cake is a cooked product, so there should be no problems whatsoever.0 -
I regularly travel to France with my kids by ferry and always take lots of our own food, meat, cheese, flora, shepherds pies, lasagne etc and have never had a problem.0
