I stand to be corrected, but I didn't realise that you could get childcare vouchers if the care was given in your own home, regardless of the carer's qualifications. Maybe someone who knows could confirm whether you can or not.
I know the other thing is that the provider has to be registered, presumably with Ofsted.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

Yes you can recieve vouchers for care in your own home, providing your company in in the scheme which most employers are.
