Yes!!!! I'm still waiting for my Black Astrakhan Faux Coat and 5 things for my DD. I phoned them up earlier in the week and said the coat and 1 of DD's items would be 7 - 10 days but couldn't confirm when the others would arrive. I want my coat :(

I'm still waiting for loads of stuff - it keeps trickling through one or two items at a time. Which is OK unless you want to see how various items look together before deciding whether to keep them or not:mad: - and it is a pain making lots of individual trips to the P.O. with the returns (less of a pain than waiting in for the courier, though! ). Luckily there have been just enough good bargains to make it all worthwhile.......

  • it must be costing them a fortune in courier costs though - seems a crazily mixed up way of running a business .... still according to the media they are making record profits ??!!

TOTALLY agree! If stuff wasn't half price it would no way be worth it.
  • im still waiting for 5 items - 1 of which is actually four cushions for my sofa - i want my cushions - make my sofa all nice and comfy :)

i rang earlier in the week and was told that they were reserved for me so should be on their way soon - yeh right - pigs are flying south at this time of year arent they
See the stars they’re shining bright
    Everything’s alright tonight
  • I phoned Next last night to cancel some Boots for my daughter. I made an massive order before Xmas and still waiting for about 15 things. The Boots would have been too small, been waiting that long she's grown a half size!

I asked when the rest would be coming and she said because they were sale items they have no idea but I could be assured they would be with me by the end of March!!!!!

Stuff that, I ended up cancelling quite a few things like fleece tops, a Winter coat and my hubbys Boots. Its coming up for Spring for goodness sake!

I too am waiting on a further 9 items - they have been trickling in for the past 8 weeks. I have never known them to take so long in processing an order before. Service is terrible!

Finally got the last item today that I have been waiting for. Must have cost them a fortune to keep sending the courier to my house every few days - each time with a single item.
  • I phoned them last night as well

They told me that I would NOT be receiving anything else.

I then had a bit of a row with them because this included an item that was still on sale in their new catalog - albeit under a new catalogue number

The Tubby said that it was "different stock" and "not sale stock" therefore I couldn't haveit at the sale price but only at the new price (which was £1 higher than the previous pre-sale price!!)

Escalated and got a supervisor and suggested it was a tad "unfair" to agree to sell me something at one price, then say I couldn;t have it because they couldn't get stock, but then offer to sell precisely the same item to me at double the price!

She agreed and said that they would order me the item from the current catalog - she would make a note, and then when my bill arrived I should ring up and they would make an adjustment to bring it back to the sale price

I agreed to this but still feel a bit of a bad taste over the incident
