I'm still waiting for about 20 items. I noticed that some of you are checking against your invoice and what they have charged you. Where did you get it from? My account online is not showing anything??

I'm checking against the confirmation email I got when I placed an order online before xmas. I don't think there's any way of checking when you've placed a telephone order but I'm not sure - I've never needed to monitor a Next order like this before.

Got a long black cardigan today - I'm sooo pleased with it; it was worth the wait!

I have just phoned them, i am still waiting on 8 items. They are calling me back with a presale figure so that i can order out of the new directory but they only offered me 25% off even though everything i ordered was half price.

Its a good offer but i feel slightly cheated :rolleyes:
