Well, let's face it, Audi lost a lot of fleet clients when BMW introduced the super low CO2 engines (low company car tax) and Audi was miles behind. Then they were pressured to catch up and introduce one of their own and that is where they went wrong. I personally like Audi but I do not think it is the quality it used to be. And where are all the 2.4 diesel engines gone??? Which numpty prepared their marketing strategy?:-))

TiTheRev - the finance was signed (it has to be before you order the car) but obviously for the wrong car now. They will change the finance due to the extras not being there so we will pay less now.
What else do you suggest? If the driver wants the same extras, colour, engine etc it will be difficult to find equivalent in any make! And as a fleet customer there is no option of keeping the old car until the new oone is ordered and delivered if it is going to take 4-5 months..

Would I be a private customer I would turn around and refuse the car. But then would I be a private customer I wouldn't have to worry about CO2 (comp car tax), residual value in 3 years time (allowed to spend only £x a month) etc etc etc...
