I'm back while dinner is cooking, its a late one again.:p
But I do have to get all this SAR docs back together again because of the cat... its my own fault though for leaving them all on the one side...:o .
Yes some like to have their own account and own money, as we've not much anyway, we make do with the one account, when I say account this one is the one where all the bills come out of, we do have a savings one, but now with just pennies left in it as we had to go into it....., so that one is just left aside for when we do get any spare money coming for the future, fingers crossed.;)
everyones different so if it works for you then its cool:D:j Let him who be deceived ,be deceived:j0 -

Hiya Sarah hunni.;)
Oh hun I am so sorry to not have posted back yet..... , I intended on doing so then it slipped my mind.....:o , glad you posted again and I am sure one of the others would have noticed.;)
Blimey that is very low..... , I would not be happy with that amount to be honest hun.
Now from here then I would take your complaint to the Financial ombudsman service, also send the finance company a copy of the complaint form.
With the form to go back to the FOS enclose copies of any correspondence and anything you feel to support this.
Tell the finance company, your not happy with the offer, so now you are taking this to to Financial ombudsman to investigate this for you.;)
Its a big difference, somehow when I read your first post about this yesterday I thought it has said £890, how I don't know......silly me:o
I would not be happy with that amount either.
Also put on the complaint form to, they made you an offer, but your not happy with this as the amounts are a lot more compared to the offer.;)
Just let me know if you want more help here hun.:A xxxxThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Regarding my above post, here is the link to the FOS complaint form:
http://www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk/consumer/complaints.htm
You can download these, or you can ring the FOS to ask them to send through the post, you can also print the amount you want online, for copies to send to the finance company after completed, and another for yourself.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
