Golly that adds up and with the interest..... , just think though, when this is sorted.....fingers crossed, you will or should get back every penny of this PPI plus the interest etc, they have to put this right as if you did not have PPI from the start.

With one of mine, I received just under £13K back......:D .

    Hi Boo

Presume it is a Loan. If so I would wait for the SAR info to come through then you c an cancel it and get them to re-finance. Although you are paying it for another month or so at least you will have the info in front of you.

When that comes through post back on here just to make sure they are not trying to pull a fast one.

    If your wife has not.................................................

I doubt this will happen max,ive got wise to her now,

Ive got my self a bat,a alarm trip wired in the bed in case she crosses into my half and ill sleep with the light on:rotfl: :rotfl:

I only have this one ppi to deal with,

But im on my way into something much bigger at the moment which i cant disclose yet untill it works out,

Up to press everything is going according to plan, the ppi was/is an added bonus for my fight with the big guns:money: :money: :money:

  • I have just received my first letters from FOS re Tesco PF.

It seems that my case may not be looked at for at least two months due to the number of people asking for their case to be looked at.

Has anyone else been told this long? how long does it usually take from start to finish?

    I know I'm being impatient.

Good luck with it all hun and keep at it.;)

My hubby is still waiting for compo, unfortunately where he worked in the steelworks for some years, the company had closed down on 21 Dec 2007, none of the few hundred workers were paid anything, and as you can see this was days before xmas...... .

Anyway there was a court case about this and the workers won, this was about March/April 2007, they are still waiting for their payouts  , never mind, it will probably turn up when we least expect it.;)

I wish you luck with yours.

    Hi Natalie

I know they are so over-run with PPI complaints, they even taken on new adjudicators to what we were told last year, but still have a job to keep up, hubby's is still in the queue to be passed on to an adjudicator, these have been with the FOS since end July 2008, the last he heard was about September time, which was the same response as you hun..... ,he requested for fast track as well due to our circumstances which are even a lot worse right now, but he have heard nothing...... .

This though is about Lloyds TSB.
Fingers crossed you will hear sooner rather than later, its worth sending them a nudgie email now and again just to see how things are going, especially after a while and if you've not heard anything.;)

However once these are with the adjudicator, things may move on for you more quicker, good luck hunni.;)
