Hi Boo
Presume it is a Loan. If so I would wait for the SAR info to come through then you c an cancel it and get them to re-finance. Although you are paying it for another month or so at least you will have the info in front of you.
When that comes through post back on here just to make sure they are not trying to pull a fast one.

Golly that adds up and with the interest..... , just think though, when this is sorted.....fingers crossed, you will or should get back every penny of this PPI plus the interest etc, they have to put this right as if you did not have PPI from the start.
With one of mine, I received just under £13K back......:D .The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Hi max,
Its a secured loan that was taken out in 2006 to so called consolodate everything,
£45 a month just for the ppi.
They are even ringing me now telling me the usual ''You are our valued customer crap'' to get me to sign up again.
But im a little older and wiser now so id rather pay more now over a shorter period than follow their option of less payments over a longer term in this crappy financial climate we are finding ourselves in.
They just wont leave me alone,i cant get it through their thick heads that i may pay more now but no more debt in 12 months rather than their options:mad:           and more:mad:  :j Let him who be deceived ,be deceived:j0 -
