I have had them before and this is the seventh one of the last few years. I am just glad I am working cause they worry me with the blood things I keep getting but at least I am occupied. ;)

Will try and catch up with everyone in a while. Just having a breather...

We do need to get all upstairs painted up, we are suffering with a damp bathroom, so this has to be sorted out, and all the neighbours are having the same problems...... , but myself and my youngest son are asthmatic so damp does not help really...... .

Lol, I see your OH point lol, and yes it will be nice to save instead.

First of all depending on the amounts hubby receives back in compo, the damp is the most urgent one to deal with first.;)
But I need to make sure we do not fall behind with anything, as that should also be priority as well.
Thats just it with us now. We are back to broke and I want that firstplus complaint soon... . Mind you if we had left this fire place in then we would end up with the same problems again in a couple of years time as it was a job we really could not put off any longer. We needed to get to the gas pipes and cut them back etc... we had the fire condemned in september and bought electric instead as we could not afford all the extra that comes with gas and it did not fit properly so a big gap. We built the fireplace we had in ourselves and it was around the fire. We have a slightly bigger hole at the moment but at least it is getting done. We don't have damp in the house but suffer terribly from condensation and have to run a dehumidifier all day over winter. We are only in a bunglalow though...
