    Thanks for the really quick reply, I haven't even had chance to send the letter off yet! I didn't think we would get any joy before christmas.

  • Hi Di,

    Officially they should only be closed christmas, boxing and new years day with hald day trade on christmas eve.

    However getting the staff to work when they are open is a very different matter!

    Saying that many years ago before I had children then lol, I worked at a local hospital and worked right through all the Xmas, and new year, yet we still had fun with the lovely patients.:A :D .

  • I am spending chirstmas eve and christmas day at my Nan's old people home helping serve the dinner! No rest fot the wicked eh? then late afternoon relax with our family dinner and a few bottles of vin rouge and wii fit!

    Apologies for my spelling, i am mildy dyslexic and i notice my errors when i re-read, somthing in my brain just wants to put letters in the wong place. Somtimes it creates some words that should not be created!

    I hope you get some joy with it but maybe like I say it would be good to ask on the loans thread about them not being able to provide a credit agreement etc...;)

    Its always nice to give something back to life...:D

    Mine is helping people that have been missold get their PPI back and try to get back on their feet from it. I get great pleasure from it knowing what debt can bring to families and losing homes etc.:D

    I bet the people that knowingly sold it knowing that the customer could not afford it and could have got something similar at a much cheaper cost could do with doing something "charitable" to ease their conscience. And all for hefty commissions too. I bet their Christmas bonus's have dropped this year.:D
