    Good morning

I have looked out my loan details and discovered that I am paying 52.56 Insurance Loan Repayment on top of the 295.09 monthly payment. Please could someone confirm that this is PPI, fairly sure it is, just want to be certain before I write to the Loaner.

I am planning on sending two letters, one to stop the Insurance Loan Repayment going forward and one to claim back the previous payments. Is this the correct way of doing it?

    Many thanks

Sorry if you have already did this. Have you request all the information they have on you yet? SAR

If you have just ignore me lol

If not why not get all the information before you make your complaint, just so you know you have everything.

It is of my opinion that you have to be one step ahead always.

I just been over to the FSA website, if anyone are any problems contacting them, here is why:

"Customer Contact Centre: We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls. We apologise for any delays in call answering.

And I must agree with you.

At the end of the day they are linked, and the lenders who have had brokers to do their work are in my eyes still responsible, these are the ones who will pay them commission for doing this surely and extra again if ppi sold, that is where they gain their dough......

(and their excuse is always the same, you used a broker at your own free choice), even though its all the lenders paperwork supplied......

Wonder if and when they take loans themselves elsewhere if they would also take the same loan firm's PPI????? I know if it were for the firm they work for they would not pay what we pay !!!
I very much doubt they would take single premiums. They would have stand alone policies. They know the score and we did not...

Not sure what the dispute was?

I constantly do a search on google for FP complaints/investigations and FF.

There was a post came up for FP FBI investigation and was wondering if it was the same FP I think it is. Was in america. Think some guy has committed fraud

There was a dsipute some months ago that was sorted so we thought. I check on google news all the time.. I emailed the FOS about my complaint the other day and usually have had a reply straight away but this time I have asked that they do not send me on a wild goose chase in pursuing the insurer and to let me know for definate that this will be looked into but this time not had a reply yet!!!

That was their sister company that had linking to the mafia so they say. That was in may of this year and they were involved in lots from money laundering etc. I will find the info and post again. scary stuff...This does not have anything to do with our Firstplus here though other than they were sister companies
