This is the one where I thought it was not covered by the FOS, Central Trust
But there is voluntary jurisdiction and if they are asking the company for further information it must be under this.
If they (the FOS) have made a mistake I will claim compensation off them:rotfl:.
I think FOS will look into anything that anyone complains about but its sometimes the companies that tell the FOS to go away in so many words. They get their little books out and look if there is any way they can wriggle out of things and use it to get out of paying back!0 -

Hi Pinknico took out loan in Jan 2004
I was just asking as someone on another site took out their policy august 2004 and within 3 weeks of making a complaint First Plus upheld his complaint which I think is unheard of for first plus!
Me thinks they are in trouble with the FSA and FOS:rotfl:DS1 12/10/04

Jamie's ex girlfriend was a lovely girl and before he was with her he was with this other girl for over a year - and of course being so young as well.
He is rather fussy and gets loads of offers but he is determined now just to have fun and move on, it was a mutual split, although he remains friends with the last one which is good, but yet I have know both her parents for years, her dad for 20 years or even more than that and her mum I've known for 15 years.
It is horrible seeing your kids hurt.......and when they don't eat....
