    You can't buy them online or in country. Your first call should be to their Bangkok office in order to make your reservation. They may allow you to book and pay when you arrive in Thailand.
    If not, you can purchase it from any of their representative offices or your local travel agent, if they have any sense. :)

    If you decide to book with Bangkok Airways, join their Flyer Bonus scheme in order to receive a 30kg luggage allowance.
  • The cheapest way is to take a bus between places in South east asia.... as long as they are connectable by land that is... otherwise Air Asia is asia's ryanair.... u can try train as well
