Has anyone else had an email from Tiscali abuseresponse telling them that a hacking/port scan originated from their IP address.
I find it very unlikley this could be the case as I have very sophisticated Antivirus, Encryption, Firewall systems in place. This has prompted me to examine my last invoice from Tiscali and I find that I am being charged for making 2 phone calls at the same time. I do not understand how this can be as I only have one telephone line. I also get problems with a lot of wrong number calls from time to time.
I have of course asked Tiscali to investigate but have not had a response so far.
I would like to know if any other Tiscali subscriber has had similar experiences.

try changing the password on the router to something more secure - include upper and lowercase characters and numbers... eg. ErtYJb2YY8 (you need to remember which is upper and lower is it should make a difference)0
