When would be the best time to go on the London Eye with 3 children -
during the day or in the evening ? I've heard that it is great at night, but do you miss out on the views ?
Any comments would be appreciated ! :rudolf:

You could try and time it so you get on in daylight and as you go past the top and are on the way down in it is getting darker. Same thing applies to the Sydney Harbour bridge climb.

Sometimes the sunset times are in the newspaper and some TV weather forecasts.

I wish I'd spoken to friends and family before I went to see if I could borrow a guide book/map from somebody that has already been. At least then I would have known what I was looking at without having to buy and overpriced guidebook!

...I hope you dont mind me dishing out advise even though it wasnt asked for (one of my more annoying habits I'm sure!!) :snow_laug
