Yes, for real. No I don't work for Chaucer, although I have worked in insurance so have a good understanding of how the system works. I'm now a lady (!) of leisure. Any more questions, or are you just going to continue attacking posters on here because you haven't liked the answers you've been given?nothing to see here, move along...0

It appears that the insurance company believes that the claim is fraudulent. You can see why as it does look like a classic case of fronting.
Solicitor doesnt think there is a hope in winning a case at this stage and forum posters here believe the insurance company is doing nothing wrong. A complaint has been raised and rejected (as the FOS wouldnt review it otherwise) but it's quite probable that the FOS will agree with the insurer (as the FOS wont allow a fraudulent claim). The FOS have supported the insurers on complaint cases where fronting has been involved as evidenced in their publications.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Thank you dunstonh, I could give few more facts to this case and yes FOS is taking it over but I can not be dealing with some postees on this site. I wish I could delete my thread but do not know how. I have been given controversial but good advice on a different web site which I took on board and they all waiting for the results that may help other people that have found themselevs in this situation, but here some of the postees are so rude.0

And by the way there is no fronting involved as it was the only car in the family.0
