i'm with virgin media and get charged £5 per month extra on my bill for paying it by cash via a paypoint or bank on time.
i wouldn't incur this charge if i paid via direct debit, but why should virgin or any company for that matter dictate how i or others pay our bills?...is there any course of action i can take to reclaim this unjust charge?

You're better off paying by direct debit, firstly you wouldn't get charged the extra £5 plus you have more payment protection than any other payment method.0
