I signed up for the A&L £100 switching offer in August, just wondering when I was likely to receive the £100? Has any one else done this and not got their £100 yet?

I signed up early September and remember it saying 14 weeks after the account was opened and you had transferred your dd's/so's and paid in £500 per month.0

Cheers! I've still got another month to go then!0

Did you go through a cashback site to get £50 cashback as well?0

I opened my A&L account in August, and they took FOREVER to sort out moving my direct debits etc. Only officially switched all my DD's over 3 weeks ago, but have paid in 1500 since it was opened (500 a month). Have now actually started using the account as my bills account, so it has turned out to be very useful.
A&L have now paid the 50 through Quidco, although that had to be chased up as it didnt track (not sure if that was my fault or theres). I havent received my 100, but i think it will be a while since they have taken so long as with everything else!Debts (Paid Off/Total Debt): Graduate Loan (7.9%) £160.49/1000, Credit Card (29.9%) £290/350, Graduate Overdraft (0%) £0/£2000, Parents £0/£1000
Savings (Saved/Target Savings):ISA (6.5%) £3600/£3600, Regular Saver (10%) £25/£200 per month0 -
I have received my £50 today from cashbackkings, took out A&L account 1/10/08. D/D and S/O and salary have taken until today to all cross over. I didn't pay in £500 last month as I was wishfully thinking that my salary would transfer over last month....when I spoke to A&L about whether this would compromise the £100 they said I would still get it so long as it all transferred over within 11 weeks and payment would be made of the £100 in week 14. 6 weeks to go and counting.0

Got mine within in 6 weeks of opening it.....but can someone explain this cashback deal thingy? Ta!0

If you opened the account taking advantage of a cashback website you could get some extra money. E.g. if you signed up with https://www.quidco.com, accessed the A&L site through them and then signed up for the account, you got £50 Quidco cashback (you have to give them your first £5 each year but there's no other fee). I believe some other sites were offering similar but don't have the £5 deduction, I'm not sure of the details of that. There is a lot discussion of cashback sites elsewhere on this board.
I opened my account in early August and got my £50 - £5 = £45 from Quidco at the end of October. My account was opened 13 weeks ago today so if 14 weeks is the correct figure I should get the £100 incentive very soon!0 -
I was offered £25 by A & L to meet with one of their so called financial advisors.
My God, what a total tw&t!!
It took three phone calls and three emails over a period of three months to wring the money out of them. Now I wonder if I could impose a £36 penalty and charge 3 months interest at a punative rate?0 -
When are people counting the 14 weeks from? When the DD's got transfered, or when the account itself was opened by A&L?
Coz i should get my 100 soon if its the latter, or will be waiting another 2 months if its based upon the finalising of thier transfer process!Debts (Paid Off/Total Debt): Graduate Loan (7.9%) £160.49/1000, Credit Card (29.9%) £290/350, Graduate Overdraft (0%) £0/£2000, Parents £0/£1000

As per the T&C's, the account has to be funded within 11 weeks, and the £100 will be paid within 15 weeks...both from account opening.Graduate_Nat wrote: »When are people counting the 14 weeks from? When the DD's got transfered, or when the account itself was opened by A&L?0
