You tell him/her :rolleyes:i think your are confusing genuine complaint with genuine mistake , the usual run of the mill post is travellers making mistakes with bookings, getting caught out on weights blah blah blah and the OP gets told its your own fault and that dosent go down too well.
im not one of those who do that, or rant on about doing searches and read t&c.
i certainly wouldnt be as arrogant as you and expect posters to set up their own site becasue you dont like their opinion, or tell posters to ignore ryanair threads like you do, or even tell poster to ignore other posters on non ryanair threads
genuine complaints are rare, genuine c-o-c-k ups dressed up as a genuine complaint are not the sameThe common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot.
