i certainly wouldnt be as arrogant as you and expect posters to set up their own site becasue you dont like their opinion, or tell posters to ignore ryanair threads like you do, or even tell poster to ignore other posters on non ryanair threads

genuine complaints are rare, genuine c-o-c-k ups dressed up as a genuine complaint are not the same
