0871/0870 free?

hi, please could anyone tell me what networks include 0870 or 0871 numbers with their free minutes, or if there are any specific tariffs that include these.

I am on Orange OVP O2 and these numbers are part of the inclusive minutes.

I dont know if anyone gives them free if you mean free like calling a 0800 number from a landline?

Although they include 0870 in bundled time, 02 charge 35p per minute for 0871. Has OVP not caught up with this billing change that took place 2 years ago? There's money to be made if not!
