I reckon if it were Argos, Asda or John Lewis the thread title would be amended accordingly to not include the trademark tesco.

Has anyone started a 'Tesco Vendetta' thread yet? Ah no, that wouldn't be appropriate, because this is a consumer forum here for consumers - not supermarkets. Silly me. Maybe Tesco are just lately providing abysmal service - hence the larger amount of complaint threads than usual? I do a lot of shopping at Tesco, that doesn't mean that I think the sun shines out of its backside. Just because we work for a company, doesn't mean we have to defend it to the death yanno?

Personally I don't reckon Tesco is getting unfair treatment. There's a lot of bad communication issues on several platforms which just don't seem to be being addressed is all, and thats purely through what I've seen written by the consumer.

Just because there are supermarket wars, doesn't mean there should be consumer wars too. This forum is meant for the consumer, and whilst I think its good to give constructive criticism, and that there is a place for thinking that some might have a little vendetta against whatever store in question (for whatever reason) I just don't see the point in all of this negativity towards each other.

Im prepared to stake a bet on that, I cant even slightly imagine how a fault at a particular Asda store, could be blamed on a whole Tesco chain. But if you know of a thread that specifically says "Tesco are to blame for this issue at Asda" then please do enlighten us with it and ill gladly stake you as the winner of the bet.
