Bought one of these as a gift last week for 15.99

Anyway, very nice little phone. Unlocked as well, despite being advertised as an Orange PAYG. Perfect for my father, as it's fairly simple to use.

you can get a £1 refund (if you got it from amazon)

taken from rpoints (thanks to mark):

click 'Help', then 'Contact Us' --> 'Return & Refund Questions' --> 'I have a question about returns that's not listed above', then select 'Refund Policy Questions', click Continue, and it will then show you which items are within the refund window and just click the 'Add' button to construct the email and attach a little note asking for a refund for the extra amount you paid, easy as that.

Yes blueghost - as soon as I'd posted, I remembered that they'd give a refund if under 28 days, emailed them, and then had a bit of a runaround, but got my £1 off in the end. I'm sure the time I spent chasing down a quid cost me more in keyboard wear, but it's the principle!
