You have to buy the stamps in bulk but standard sized first class works out as being 33.8p each (saving of 5.2p as first class is 39p now). You have to buy 60 (10 x books of 6) which is £20.28.

They also sell large first class and standard second class at a discounted rate. I can't remember the prices exactly but the saving isn't quite as good as the 5.2p of standard first class.

No VAT on stamps neither and this is a permanent offer

I've also noticed that Bookers Wholesalers (www.booker.co.uk for store finders) have stamps cheap but not as much discount as at CostCo BUT there's no membership fee for Bookers. You must be a business though.
