Samsung D500 Broke? White Screen

Hello,

I have had a samsung d500 for about 4 months now but the other night i got a text from a friend then about 5 mins later the screen went all white? i turned it off then turned it back on and it was still white!!! (basically cant see a thing on it). Its broke and useless at the moment has this happened to any1 else or know if i can do anything as i bought it from e-bay, but came bnib so seems strange?

My money is on the flex cable needing changed but a few other things might be wrong.
Try entering a reset code with sim out *2767*3855#

My phone has changed to german? (i think) language? after i did the reset to try and make it work!!! Can you tell me how to get it back into English! Please a.s.a.p

Its on the blink again every day i have to hit it to get it working!

Can you advise me where to get a flex cable to try and sort it out as the link above doesnt seem to work?

Can i also take it a mobile phone shop to get it fitted as i am very bad with d.i.y. , electriacals etc...

but if you dont know what your doing i would get it fitted by someone who has done it before
fitting would be about £10 extra depending where you go

have u took mobiloe phone insurance they might cover ur mobile phone. i reently took mobile phone insurane only 3.99 per month. its a good idea. but i have never heard of that happining to any ones screen before sorry m8

i bought it from e-bay so could i still get insurance from somewhere? if so where? as its been on white screen for last week now i just keep banging it to sort it each day!
