Need an bank account juust for paypal? Any ideas?

It cant be hsbc or Nationwide or barclays(already have an account).

THis account will just recieve my ebay sales via paypal.

I heard Alliance a leicester give £50 pound quidco but then i read..
"You are applying for a Premier 50 Current Account

To continue with your application, please make sure the following apply.

We will take a £10 account fee automatically from your account on the statement date each month."

ANy ideas? can be online only if need be

    Try Yorkshire Building Society Cash Transactor.

    Can do direct debits.
    Can have an ATM card.
    Can be used at any Britannia or YBS branch.
    Can do standing orders.
  • Abbey offer a free business account if you open the account with £50, no charges for anything unless you pay in more than £4k a month or something like that I beleive, obviously read the small print before you sign but it looks good!

    Well, I had the same sort of dilemma, however I ended up opening a savings account, which is linked to my bank account (no credit checks then!) all my monies from Paypal get withdrawn to this savings account and then I just dip-in now and then by transferring the money from my savings account to my current account instantly online via my bank.

    where do you go to show ID ? i dont live near their branches so do i just send a copy of my ID by post ?
