Abbey Banking Fraud

I have had the same issue, but Abbey released £12k in a day on 5 transactions........Same problem with them sorting it out though, I am still waiting, My account is blocked by abbey and they will only let me get £200 a week!!!.... the strange thing is they still let money into the account.

Just an update on this, i've written a complaint to Abbey now as I found out by phoning recently, they refused this claim. No phone calls or letters from them what so ever.

Is there anything further I need to do? The ombusman stated that their is no real time limit on them dealing with these cases.
