  • They are one of the top 5 best rated ISP's in the UK
I have been with for over a year and have never had any problems with them, There support is very good, Not outsourced and there staff know what there doing. I would recommend you having them as your ISP :rotfl:
  • I also use an entanet reseller (vivaciti), and I have heard nothing but good things about adsl24's customer service. the internet service itself is subject to entanets anti loss tool (ALT) which can see the service slow at certain times (mainly 10pm-12am mon-fri, a few hours over the weekends), but even when slowed, everything is responsive and OK, much better than the alternative provided by many other ISPs. 1 month contracts make it dead easy to jump ship if you aren't happy, I've been 'here' 18 months or so, so far, and cannot imagine leaving unless certain LLU suppliers unbundle my exchange, even then I'd have to think hard about taking on a long contract.

I can also strongly recommend them. I have used them for the last 15 months, and haven't had a single outage or problem. Their online facility is also very good.

At the beginning I had to deal with the support once, and they certainly knew what they were talking about. The support is UK based.

Another thumbs up here. They're just testing and configuring some extra pipes they've got so things will get even better when they come on line in a few days.

Because of the way their packages are set up, ( "30" package gives you 30GB a month from 7am-10pm Mon - Fri with 300GB 10pm-7am and weekends) all the leechers and downloaders come on around 10pm at night and tend to be done around 1am so on an evening and weekends when you want to be on it with the fastest speeds, it's flying. There's a dip in performance around 10pm for an hour and a half or so but even then its still faster than Tiscali et al.

If you look at the following graph, it shows the load on the network. When it gets above the red line, thats when performance hits start and as you can see, they're always from around 10pm-midnight
