I don't know how long this is going to go on for, but if you're ready to upgrade with 3, go into a ThreeStore, and they'll be able to offer you half price line rental for the first 6 months of your contract (based on 18 month contract - 3 months for a 12 month one). They won't be able to offer you the double text promotion they have on at the minute if you go for this option.
