Seems like the third item wasn't shipped because it was out of stock!

When they had the Despatch Dept re-make up the delivery and weigh it then I guess it will have weighed the same because they didn't have the third item to put in the box either!

Does that make sense?!?

I was the told the reason why my free gifts didn't arrive but were listed on my order was because my order was taken from what it said on the website. Yes I know it doesn't make sense - well not to me anyhow!
