Bloomin eck is cold here, just had to have a bath to warm my bones. I have had to put the heating on for a bit as upstairs is freezing.

    My nose is still cold.

OH and I have decided to try and do something about our fitness levels so he has been on the treadmill for 30mins and I am going to start going for walks outside as the treadmill bores me to tears. We are both so unfit and seem to have low energy levels throughout the day.

Plus I want to have a nice toned tummy instead of the lump of play-doh that I have at the moment.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Sorry Jinks I cant help with PC going wrong stuff, I am crap with owt like that.

Bunny you are far braver than I am, I had to stop "The sixth sense" half way through and go and watch a "carry on" film to cancel it out otherwise I would have had nightmares for a week.
