Bloomin eck is cold here, just had to have a bath to warm my bones. I have had to put the heating on for a bit as upstairs is freezing.
My nose is still cold.
OH and I have decided to try and do something about our fitness levels so he has been on the treadmill for 30mins and I am going to start going for walks outside as the treadmill bores me to tears. We are both so unfit and seem to have low energy levels throughout the day.
Plus I want to have a nice toned tummy instead of the lump of play-doh that I have at the moment.:rolleyes:But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
