I agree with Cat, it's worth having a word with your doctor, sometimes just sitting talking with someone neutral can help a lot. I've been there - taking tablets didn't work well for me - but it helped a lot to speak to someone and recognise that there were things that could help.

Try to take care of yourself, do things that you enjoy, try to eat well and get some exercise, or at least some fresh air and sunshine (when we get it)!

EBay queen - it's no trouble. We're all a friendly supportive bunch here and none of us like to think of anyone feeling down.

I know what you mean about being an upbeat person who gets on with life but sometimes we need a bit of help from our friends AND THERE'S NO SHAME IN ADMITTING IT. In fact we feel honoured that you've asked us for help and just hope that we can support you through this.

Oh that does sound stressful but they cant sack you for being ill! If you have a sicknote from the doctors then you are covered. I was once off work for 3 months with a bad back and like you I worried about things but work were really good and made sure I was comfortable when I came back.

People get sick Hun but you may be more likely to pick bugs up if you are low, get yourself to the Doctors and have a chat. xx
