Balding tyre advice

I know you don't bother checking the one thing keeping you on the road. Oh, and if the 10,000 miles comment is right, don't bother servicing it either.
And just think that if you bothered to do weekly checks and have the car serviced, you or the mechanic servicing it would have noticed the wear earlier and could have got the tracking done, thus saving you having to have perfectly good ones replaced.
You're crystal ball is obviously faulty.
My car is serviced every 12500 miles as it should be.
I have had an ongoing problem with my tracking for the past year ever since a halfwit taxi driver reversed into me and cracked my alloy wheel. The wheel has been replaced but the tracking is still out despite being returned to the garage a few times.
I got new tyres today-they were actually still just road legal.
I admit I'm not the best at keeping an eye on tyres etc. but I don't think I'm the only person guilty of that. I could see the point in your posts if I'd been in an accident and my tyres were to blame and I didn't see it that way but from my first post I have said I was going to get my tyres changed ASAP.
I came on here for some advice. Thanks to the posters who have given helpful advice and didn't see the need to be rude in their replies.

Oh so because someone is lucky enough not to end up in an accident, that makes it OK then?
:rolleyes:0
