Had my first NSD today:j - had Tesco delivery but this was budgeted for!!

Thought I was going to make it 4 out of 4 yesterday, but ds had an appointment and by the time we came out it was 7pm and was definitely too tired to cook then, so called into chippy and spent £4.70 on tea. :eek:

Know today won't be a NSD as we are going to an organisation firework display and will need money for that, but fingers crossed for tomorrow.

ps Wonder why Martin's header isnt all done up for fireworks, normally in keeping with whatever is going on

No NSD's yet as only back from hols yesterday, which was also my birthday. Will try to have 2 before the week is over. Right back into it!

1 NSD yesterday for me, was going to have another one today but OH birthday tomorrow so really need to buy him a little something to open otherwise feel very mean. Determined to do well this month so going to aim for another one tomorrow as OH paying for meal (not fair I know but he owns a lot more money than I do) so shall try not to spend a penny.

I went to a plumbing merchants this morning and met a lovely man called Phil who didn't treat me as ifI was a total weirdo just cos I want my bath taps to match my sink taps and since I'm spending £300 I want ones I like - and not whatever [EMAIL="ugly@r$e"]ugly@r$e[/EMAIL] cheap looking taps they happen to have in stock! :mad: :rolleyes:

Of course this means that today isn't an NSD so I'm still at 4/22 on day 5 - but I don't care! :dance: I've got taps!

I'm declaring today as my first NSD this month - woohoo!:j Congrats on the taps, Jacks. I've now got 2 washbasin taps that actually work thanks to a friendly plumber; I no longer have to clean my teeth is hot water :rotfl:

declaring a NSD for today:) The only money out today is my budgeted spend straight from clubcard plus for my once a month grocery delivery and my 'payment a day'. I have managed to keep the purse firmly shut today:D Off to update signature.
