    Happy birthday Toochoosey!

Well today has started out badly - just had a call from my mum who is ill (sore throat thing) at the moment to ask me to get my Nan's shopping for her - I wouldn't have minded if it had been my elderly neighbour, but I don't get on well with my Nan at all, and she's bound to comment on my new haircut in an unfavourable way. Meant to be going to the gym this morning - was thinking legs, bums and tums at 9.30, but not sure if I'll have the strength to deal with said Nan if I go - decisions decisions?

    sexymouse xx

PS My Nan is a good 25 minute drive away so I'll have to get petrol too.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

    Happy birthday toochoosey!:bdaycake:

Hugs to msd and natty, hope you feel better soon.

pigpen - thank you for the fabulous list yesterday. The boys were a little reluctant to start, but when I said I was happy to ring you and you'd be down from Hull in about four hours with the pointy stick anf fluffly mules, they leapt into action! There was some pretty fierce renegotiation over the rewards, so it has cost me:
Level One - a chocolate bar
Level Two - £5 each (on the grounds that there's nothing on at the cinema)
Level Three - spaghetti and meatballs.
They have done a super job, and the room looks great!
DD very tearful, as she wanted to do her room and get the rewards too and felt far too ill, but I've promised her that I'll do it for her, and she will get a treat to make up for being so poorly during the holiday.

DD still making progress, but still in pain and very wobbly indeed. Only woke up for about 45 minutes again at 4am. I really struggled to get out of bed at 7am! Just off into town with DS2 to get his new phone - which he's saved up for. Then I should be having my haircut, but am thinking I should cancel and get home sooner...will wait and see. OH home for another hour, DS1 still here, although asleep, and DS2 home by 10 - she should be alright for another hour...worry, worry, worry...

    Back later.

Aaaah why is it when I cough I errr leak a little bit..damn thing is really bugging me. I am going to go to Asda and get some thicker Tenas at this rate. Wouldn't be so bad but I haven't had any children so didn't get it that way, although pregnancies probably didn't help. Oh darn darn darn, now I know why I don't like coughs.. Ooops sorry TMI. But does anyone else get this when they get a cough and how on earth do you get round it..hmm

You need to do some pelvic floor exercises. It sounds like you have a weak pelvic floor. Just google it and you should find some info on how to do it.
