That's better - I can see properly now - shut 'em for a bit, brought the washing in which I have ironed - although it has ben out all day it wasn't properly dry but the ironing and overnight on the maiden to air should sort it - I have no proper airing cupbard here as I hav a combi boiler so no immersion heater and I am a bit obsessed about it being bone dry before it goes away.
DS was left here with instructions to make his bed and put his clean clothes away before going out. No surprise that he hasn't...he will be dealt with when he rolls in...mind you it's lovely now I dare go out and leave him here - even at night if DD stays at grandmas...
Hope those feeling poorly are soon feeling much better inc Serena's DD and G&B and sorry to hear your news Sexy but as you say definitely NOT the place for a NQT...
Got to check if Spooks is on tonight cos 'Guy of Gisborne' aka Richard Armitage is joining the cast - yum yum! Candy for the eyes there...

    Hi everyone

I have a suspicion I'll only be popping in and out this week. DF being home is really messing with my routine;) We have had a lovely day today though. Took DS to the park and then the pet shop...he was very into the lizards (no we are not getting any pets) The house looks decent and there is fresh bedding on the sofa bed-visitor is driving round in circles about 10 minutes away but refuses to let DF go fetch him. It's quite funny as he left Skipsea at about 11H45 this morning:rotfl: We told him it would be quicker on public transport.

Sexymouse Im sure you've made the right decision-sorry it wasn't what you hoped it would be though
mumofjusttwo hope your next trip is a very happy one.
Serena hugs for you and DD
Is likklegibbon back yet? Im dying to know how the weigh in went?
Christmasshopper Well done to you hun...I can relate. The person coming today is very judgemental (I used to live with him) and normally I panic to get the house semi tidy, but it's looking lovely and Im about to have a drink whilst we wait...Brandy and coke for me...anyone else?
Summermoon :j :T :j for making the announcement!!!You know where to find me Vanilla ;) It is time to do it. I had my clinic appointment today and she's dropped my patch down a dose:j She is very happy and I've not put on as much weight as I thought:j She told me that the person who saw her today (me) is not the same one she met when I started the programme three weeks ago (or was it four? We couldn't remember)
What is this...I come out of the closet all nervous Im on my own and you were all in hiding?:p We could have all done it together. At any rate,Im here if anyone wants to know what ive been told by the clinic.

jj...my eldest DD will be 10 next July :D

I haven't done much else. We had to go and have a look at some second hand carpet which we're collecting on Sunday. Then we went costume hunting as girl and boy have fancy dress parties tonight for Beavers and Cubs. Boy has gone as a devil complete with third eye! Girl is going as a ghost devil so after she's eaten I need to start painting her face :o So I think I can be forgiven :p
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

    Okay in my HHC I've:

Emptied the WM and put the jumpers on the radiators
    Put my shopping away
    Washed the dishes
    Moved my car
    Fed the dogs
    Reloaded the WM

    I think that's about it.

Need to start tea now so off to peel some spuds.

I have paid 2 things in full today.. I was going to do a spot of chrimboloid shopping but decided paying bills was more important.. and I'll get the child benefit on monday which is going on chrimboloid stuff anyway... any ideas where to get a cheap wii for my mad boys??...
DD's 4 and 5 vacuuming the middle room. DD3 wiping all the paintwork down all over the house and the boys are bribed with a new film to clear their bedroom.. I am sitting here doing NOWT!!!!!!!!!! lol

:T Well done Pigpen, bet you're chuffed :T - paying stuff off is sooooo much fun - sounds stupid but I get such a buzz when the last payment is made on anything - just done the same to my sisters CC - last payment this month and I felt great - that leaves £150 a month to pay off something else now...:T

Don't know about the wii, but bribary works well in this house too...:D

I've just spent nearly £90 on an online shop on Asda  Thankfully I went through mysupermarket so I got the cheapest options and ipoints, got £10 knocked off in deals and free delivery. Only problem is that thanks to mysupermarket throwing a wobbler at 4.55 I missed the time slot for tomorrows delivery  Its now ordered for Wednesday instead.

Didn't realise the time so I guess I better put some tea on :o

Why won't asda accept my card?
Why won't the 'mysupermarket' site work properly
why can I not find the bank card I used yesterday??

Try your trouser/coat pocket... I do that with mine, put it in my pocket after paying and then forget it when I go out again... The other 2 things - haven't a clue...

EDIT: Nicki just said MySupermarket is doing the same to her too... at least you know it's not just picking on you!!!
