For chocolate sauce: Pour 200ml boiling water into a small saucepan - add 30g good quality cocoa powder and 175g soft brown sugar. Whisk over a low heat until dissolved.
To make puddings. Sift 125g plain flour with a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons baking powder into a lare bowl. Whisk in 250ml milk (full fat)75g melted unsalted butter, 125g caster sugar, 2 eggs and a teaspoon of vanilla extract until you have a thick smooth batter. Pour mixture into 4X150ml ramekins so that it comes halfway up the sides. Put ramekins on a baking sheet. Pour chocolate sauce carefully over the puddings leaving a small space at the top.
Pop in the oven for 15-20 mins. Need to be wobbly in the centre when they are ready
Et voila! YUMMY

Originally I was going to stay up and do my assignment for as long as it takes....I just turned the page and found another question as well as the Part B that I knew I needed to do  I'm quitting for tonight. I'm just going to have to really work my backside off tomorrow to get it done. That, ontop of ironing DD's uniform before school
I bought a whiteboard with pen from a poundshop a couple of weeks back, best write my list for the morning on that (saves post-its stuck to the monitor which kept floating away overnight  ) and get going. Will just get the breakfast bits out and then I'm off to bed.:wave:Creeping back in for accountability after falling off the wagon in 2016.Need to get back to old style in modern ways, watching the pennies and getting stuff done!0 -
on my own then?0
