Evening everyone, just come back from second swim of the day and about to cook tea for me and OH.Had an unexpected trip to town this afternoon with my mum and picked up a few bits for an xmas hamper for DD from Primark. Spent £10 altogether but got pj's ,fluffy socks, two pairs magic gloves, boot style slippers, and a pair or reduced earrings:D not bad for £10.
Enjoy the rest of the evening everyone, it is freezing and wet here so just the sort of night for snuggling up in the warm and doing not much at all.:p
Andan - glad you got the new student sorted0 -

Thanks sophiesmum, having the student just helps with all the financial stuff that is going on at the mo. My OH wants us to stop taking foreign students, but as i keep reminding him, needs must and when neither of us are making enough money, we don't really have a choice!!:j Live on £4500, £2531/£4500:T 101 in 1001 (52/101):j:beer::j

Hello - sounds like you all had a good weekend, ours has been filled with power cuts (very brief) and howling winds and coldness - ergh
Everyone back to school tomorrow, so sandwiches done, etc - in to work tomorrow having (worked ??!!??) at home for the past fortnight, they are expectinng results i am expecting a tidy desk and some peace and quiet!!
Friends coming up this week, and DS birthday and a party - ergh its not been a very NS weekned, but we did google everything we wanted us savvy DFW and managed to know that the stuff in town was reasonably priced and easier than paying postage etc.
Might need to prepare for a student next monday - more like B and B thougth I think - not sure at the mo - college pay by the night, b and b or dbb - do we eat with him, save his sanity and eat elsewhere (we do have an extra dining room (my office argh) )
Anyway waving to you all, power cut briefly showed my energy owl at 0.0p/hour that made me laugh looking at it by candlelight....xxxxTotal debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:
minus 112.06 = £7755.32:money:
