Hi, i think it may be worth you speaking/visiting the Citizens Advice Bureau, i believe they are able to write to companies such as these and seek a reduction in interest, good luck.0

what a coincidence I spoke to the same guy christian Burley I believe! Looks like he's been telling me porky pies because he said they would only look at it month by month. I rang yesterday and tried to speak to him but he was never around funny that! I will be on the phone again tomorrow and I'll see what he has to say.0 -
