Congratulations:j I'm not sure I could stand the stress of a repossession buy!!!
Yes it has been stressful but to find a style of house we'd been looking for with all the major work already done (coalhouse/privy knocked down and extension put in its place for a kitchen), new roof, three bedrooms instead of two made it all worthwhile.
We'd looked at so many houses where they wanted upwards of £120k having put the kitchen in the dining room and left the outhouses to rot that to finally find this one was a godsend.
It's needs a lot of wqork - new boiler and rads, new kitchen but with getting it at the price we did meant our deposit was smaller giving us the funds for the work.
The bird house was hung outside yesterday, with some wild bird seed so we've started breathing life back into the place already!0 -

In some ways, it's a lot less stressful, because it's chain-free. Also, on the whole, the vdenor just wants rid, and there's a lot less to go wrong. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0
